This acclaimed book was produced to mark the 50th anniversary of Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue.
It is a carefully woven tapestry of stories that both trace the history of mountain rescue in Snowdonia and recognise the work of the volunteers who risk their own lives on the mountain to save others.
Packed full of insights and illustrated with the understanding of a mountaineer I was proud to be asked to contribute to it. Risking Life & Limb won The Great Outdoors Book of the Year, 2016.
